Do you live in seattle? If so, you wouldn't question the diversity. Around here there is a difference between rice, and mexican rice. I don't need to go through the points of outlining differences, because I've done so already. Surely some poor guys around here will "rice out" a car, but they don't go to the extent many mexicans do. I could show you an otherwise bone stock red audi a4 that has (stock) silver bumpers, silver side skirts, a very large silver fiberglass wing, silver mirrors, chrome fender trim, and altezza lights. He obviously isn't dirt poor to be able to afford an a4, but the style remains. In the lower class, "ghetto" area a bit north of me, it is quite diverse as is, but guess what - you rarely see people other than mexicans driving cars like that. The majority of poor white kids drive stock economy cars or old "hoopties", some will have wheels and a stereo, but it's generally limited to that. The fact is, I do understand what I'm defending, and I'll give you a prime example from my own experience. One old (white) friend of mine was at a low point in his life, living from paycheck to paycheck - and you know what he drove? A bone stock 89 accord, he didn't do a damn thing to that. He's making a decent income now, what does he drive? An STI with tasteful performance mods and a cage. The second friend is a previous (mexican) coworker of mine from years ago. When he was at a low level of income, know what he drove? An old light green 4 door civic with altezzas, 14" chrome wheels, little chrome stick on vents on the fender, and a gawd-awful wing. I checked up on him a few weeks ago, and he too is in a different position making significantly more. You want to know what he drives? A red bmw e36, with guess what.. altezza lights, cheap chrome wheels, and chrome looking window tint. Case and point.

compounding wealth" was probably more racially offensive of a statement than anything else said in this thread.
Now go sit quietly in the corner and think about how you've failed.
